2. Hosting and technical provision (Wix.com)

 

Our website is hosted on the servers of Wix.com Ltd.

 

   

• Provider: Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel.

   

• Data transfer: Wix stores data on servers in Europe, the USA, and Israel. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. For data transfers to third countries (e.g. USA), Wix uses EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

 

 

 

3. Server Log Files

 

Wix automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. This includes IP address, date/time, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

 

 

4. Cookies and Consent Management (Usercentrics)

We process contact and reservation data (name, phone, email, date, special requests) for handling inquiries and executing the hospitality contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. You can revoke consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

We store data for as long as necessary for the purpose (e.g., accounting data for 10 years).
