Terms and Conditions for Table Reservations
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all table reservations made at restaurant "Färber" (ALBERTINI FELIX Ditta individuale) via our website, telephone, email, or third-party platforms.
2. Reservation and Conclusion of Contract
Submitting a reservation request constitutes a binding offer. A contract is only concluded upon our explicit confirmation (email, SMS, or verbal). We reserve the right to decline reservations.
3. Cancellations and Changes
For individual reservations (up to 6 people): Free cancellation up to 6 hours before.
For groups (7+ people): Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. In case of no-show or late cancellation for groups with credit card guarantee, a fee of €30.00 per person will be charged.
4. Delays and Duration
The table is reserved for 15 minutes past the agreed time. During peak times, the duration of stay may be limited (e.g., 2 hours), subject to prior notice.
5. Groups and Deposits
For groups of 10 or more, we may require a confirmation deposit or credit card guarantee. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
6. Prices and Payment
Menu prices in Euros (VAT included) apply. Payment is due immediately after service (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Cards).
7. Allergens
The customer must inform the restaurant of any allergies. Despite maximum care, we cannot completely rule out unintentional cross-contamination.
8. Liability
We are liable only for intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for personal items or wardrobe not handed over for safekeeping.
9. Withdrawal by Restaurant
The restaurant may withdraw for force majeure reasons (e.g., technical failure, illness). Deposits will be refunded.
10. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for catering services with a specific date (Art. 59 Consumer Code).
11. Privacy
Data is processed according to GDPR for reservation management.
12. Jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Bolzano.
